  • Trainology’s Small Group Training is designed for clients who want the benefits of group energy without sacrificing coaching quality. Group size is strictly limited to six participants to ensure every individual receives meaningful supervision, technical feedback, and appropriate progressions.

    Each session follows a structured plan, with exercises selected and scaled to suit individual capacities within the group. Coaching remains hands-on, with close attention to movement quality, load management, and execution.

  • In-home training is available for clients who require structured support within their own environment.

    Sessions follow the same Trainology framework of instruction, structure, and progression, adapted appropriately to the home setting. Equipment is intentionally minimal, allowing clients to develop capability and confidence without reliance on specialised facilities.

    This service is offered in limited availability within Mosman, Cremorne, Balgowlah, and Seaforth.
